Desiccated coconut

Vietnam is one of the top eight coconut exporting countries in the world. Coconut trees are commonly grown in the southern provinces of Vietnam such as Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Tien Giang, Vinh Long… Desiccated coconut is the pulp of the coconut that is chopped and dried. MKH’s desiccated coconut is produced 100% from the white part of the old copra, no preservatives are used to keep the purity and fiber content intact, so it has a high purity that is not harmful to health. Dried coconut or fresh coconut both have very good effects for human health, it provides a lot of iron, reduces anemia, fights colon cancer cells, prostate cancer, prevents cancer cells. Prevents constipation and improves digestion. Desiccated coconut is a raw material for processing cakes, cookies, jams, candies, puff pastry, rice paper, local dishes, etc.

Each month, MKH can produce more than 300 tons of desiccated coconut to supply domestic and international markets.
